What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Custom DTF and UV DTF transfers cannot be returned unless there is a printing defect caused by TetrixPrint.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All custom-made DTF and UV DTF transfers are considered final sale because they are produced specifically from customer-provided artwork.

However, if your transfer arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no extra cost.
When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:


  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Free Shipping (orders over $99): 5–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

What file types do you accept?

We accept PNG, JPEG, PDF, and SVG files.

For best results, we recommend vector files (AI or SVG).

Raster artwork should be 300 DPI or higher.
Do I need a heat press for UV DTF?

No. UV DTF transfers do not require a heat press.

Simply peel, press, and apply to the surface. Perfect for glass, plastic, metal, ceramics, and more.
